Private equity firm buys offsite specialist Byldis

German based private equity investor Mutares SE & Co has acquired modular construction specialist Byldis out of administration.

Byldis was founded in Holland but has a major operation in the UK where it has been designing, manufacturing and installing off-site buildings since 2006.

Michael Koch, CRO/Interim-CEO of Byldis, said:  “Byldis is a remarkable company with a proven track record of innovation and excellence.
