 1647 Lamont Street, NW “Dear PoPville, Apparently the strange building at 1647 Mt. Pleasant NW is being demolished/renovated and has been doing so without permitting, which makes sense given the noise. Anyways, I hope it doesn’t come crashing down into my apartment! Has that sort of thing happened in DC? And apparently it’s for sale…
