Construction set to start in July
Avant Homes Scotland will deliver 256 new homes in Cairneyhill after being granted planning permission for the £68m residential development.
The Keelyside View scheme will feature 13 of Avant Homes’ house styles including terraced, semi-detached and detached as well as townhouses.
Work on site is scheduled to start in July with the first residents expected to move into their new homes by autumn 2026.
