£67m turnover portal-framed building specialist files court notice
Portal-framed building specialist Marbank Construction has filed a notice to appoint an administrator.
The Surrey based contractor has built more more than 300 industrial sheds with a combined value of over £1bn since the company was founded in 1994.
Projects range in size up to 350,000sq ft and over £20m in value and Marbank has worked on manufacturing, distribution, out-of-town retail, service and data storage sites across the UK with a focus on the South East.
Latest results for the year to July 31 2023 show a turnover of £66.8m generating a pre-tax profit of £438,000 with Marbank employing 24 staff.
