Our client is a Distributor of renewable energy products, primarily heat pump systems to the residential and commercial market. Due to continued expansion in this very exciting and progressive sector – we have an immediate vacancy for an Internal Technical Support Manager.
The Successful Candidate will be responsible for the following tasks :
– Heat Pump Technical Support calls and call out management
– Product returns and vendor invoicing
– Spare parts management
– Overseeing of new product vetting and introduction
– Product quality assessment and vendor liaison
The ideal candidate should have 2 years’ experience carrying out similar work & be customer orientated.
