Property Manager – Chiswick W4 – Up to £45,000
Dove and Hawk are greatful to be working with this brilliant Property Management Comapny based in their Chiswick Office. This would be great for someone who is looking for a Property Manager.
Duties:
Log and manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties co-ordinating with our in-house maintenance team and other contractors
Negotiating lease renewals and negotiation
Deposit returns negotiation
Liaising with estate agents on all of the above
Investigating and resolving queries and problems
Liaise and handle complaints both landlord and tenants
General lettings administration and compliance
Looking after the maintenance phone out of hours
Keeping up to date records in our database systems in line with your job role
Ad-hoc / random projects & demands, logistics, errands
Requirements for Role:
Make decisions autonomously, deal with impromptu requests and take responsibility
Numerical – good understanding of costings / contracts / household bills
A good eye for detail and a clear understanding of expected levels of service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), IT literate
Minimum Property Managament experience: 3 years+
Salary Budgets: Up to £45,000
Required Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am – 5.30pm
