Architectural Technician Job in East Grinstead, West Sussex
Architectural Technician job now available, with a successful architectural practice based in West Sussex. The role would see you working as part of a small team on several cladding/facade projects.
Our client is a well-established architectural firm with expertise across various sectors including residential, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, transport, and master planning. They are currently undertaking several projects focused on updating cladding for a multi-level building in London. They are in search of a skilled Architectural Technician proficient in Revit to join their team.
Role & Responsibilities
Working on facade and cladding projects
Production of planning and technical drawing packages.
Using Revit on a daily basis
Meeting with clients and visiting sites when required.
Required Skills & Experience
Possess an HNC/HND or equivalent in Architectural Technology
A minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
Experience with the use of Revit is essential
Façade and cladding experience would be highly advantages
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
