Position: Kitchen Fitter
Location: Worcester (6 weeks), then Birmingham- Bartley Green
Type: Temp to Perm
Transport: Must have own transport
Start Date: Immediate
Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm
Role Description: We are looking for an experienced and skilled Kitchen Fitter to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. The initial assignment will be in Worcester for 6 weeks, with subsequent work in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen fitting and be comfortable working in care home settings. Care homes will be unoccupied but you must be comfortable working in this setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Measuring and fitting kitchen units, worktops, and appliances
Ensuring high standards of workmanship
Liaising with other trades and care home staff to coordinate work
Adhering to all health and safety regulations
Completing work within agreed time lines and budgets
Requirements:
Proven experience as a kitchen fitter
Own transport is essential for commuting between sites
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to adapt to different work environments and locations
