Daniel Owen are currently looking for an experienced Assistant/Site Manager for a National House Builder.
Will be working on a new build homes in the north east
This role will be on a ongoing basis with temp to perm available
The successful candidate will have experience in taking plots to completion.
Must have previous residential experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Motivate & manage the site staff & labour
H&S Management
Conform to Building Regulations
Liaison with the NHBC/LABC
Site Inductions
Maintaining Site Records
Helping to finish plots
The ideal candidate…
SMSTS required
First Aid required
CSCS required
Experience with volume house building required
