Hill submits plan for over 1,600 North London homes

Developer Hill in joint venture with the United Colleges Group has submitted plans to redevelop a site in North London with 1,675 homes.

The house builder’s hybrid application includes detailed planning for 1,076 homes delivered across 11 blocks ranging from 4 to 28 storeys on a site in Willesden.

The remaining 600 homes at the College Green scheme on Dudden Hill Lane are in for outline planning.

In total, the scheme is expected to cost around £500m to build over several phases.
