Associate Cost Manager job in Wokingham, Berkshire for an international and leading multidisciplinary consultancy, working on a higher education project. Salary £65,000 – £80,000 + Car Allowance £5.4k + 28 Days Holiday + BH + Hybrid Working.
They are a leading global cost consultant partner and completely employee-owned in the UK, offering cost management, project and programme management, specialist consultancy and digital services. Delivering cost-effective and sustainable projects for their international client base. To be considered you must be Chartered MRICS have a background as a Senior / Associate Cost Manager with experience in the higher education sector, healthcare or commercial sectors.
Role & Responsibilities
– Cost Management services on a number of projects, acting as the sole contact with each client and providing support to the existing team in the delivery of projects
– Manage, mentor and support professional development and training of Cost Managers
– Play an integral part in business development and client management, promoting the company brand with existing and new clients
– Full commercial responsibility from feasibility to final accounts
– Responsible for ongoing revenue, costs and profit reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
– MRICS is essential
– Cost Management experience at Senior or Associate level
– Consultancy background is essential
– Experience working on education, healthcare or commercial new build and major refurb
– Pre and Post Contract experience.
