Commercial Manager

We are currently searching for a Commercial Manager on behalf of one of our leading data centre clients headquartered in Dublin to join and support a brand new large-scale data centre project in Belgium.
In this role you will be overall responsible for managing and reviewing the commercial performance of the projects from cradle to grave as well as managing the commercial team to engender their continues improvement and technical development.
Preferred Requirements:
Over 10 years experience in a commercial role with construction contractors
Qualified in Quantity Surveying and ideally chartered or working towards same
Experience working with electrical and mechanical scopes of work, as well as general construction
Experience in a client-facing role with strong stakeholder management skills
EU Passport
Previous management experience, with the ability to nurture and develop more junior members of the team, while still working towards key deliverables.
