Durkan finance chief joins house builder Thakeham

Paul Kimber confirmed as new Chief Financial Officer  

South of England house builder Thakeham has confirmed Paul Kimber as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Kimber joins from Durkan where he was Group CFO for five years.

Prior to that Kimber held senior finance roles at Berkeley and was a real estate and construction specialist at Ernst & Young.

Thakeham’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer Rob Boughton said: “We are excited to welcome Paul to Thakeham. His breadth of experience will fit perfectly with our strategic direction and our ambitions for growth.”
