Glencar to build timber-framed office block

Work to start next month on 79,200 sq ft scheme in Maidenhead  

Glencar has been appointed as main contractor to deliver a 79,200 sq ft timber-framed office building in Maidenhead.

Work will start on site next month on the Trehus scheme for HUB and its investor partner Smedvig which forms Phase 2 of the wider One Maidenhead mixed-use masterplan.

Glencar will deliver the full construction and fit-out of Trehus with completion expected in Autumn 2026.
