Mansfield-based M&E specialist Gallant Building Services has filed a notice to appoint administrators.
Latest accounts for Gallant, which also has offices in Liverpool and London, are overdue at Companies House although last posted results for 2021 show the specialist contractor turned over around £29m.
Set up 24 years ago, the firm specialises in hotel and healthcare MEP work and employed up 30 staff.
The firm is facing a winding up petition in the courts.
Gallant’s present jobs include an extra care living facility at the Lancaster campus of the University of Cumbria, a 100-room Travelodge in Chiswick, West London and a high rise 400 flats scheme at Skinner Street in central Leeds.
