Dove & Hawk are working alongside a multi-branch independent who are on the hunt for a Junior Lettings Negotiator to join their well-established Hackney office. They are ideally looking for someone with 6 months experience plus, but would also consider someone with no experience but a highly motivated individual, with passion and eager to learn.
Duties/Function of the role:
Welcoming and Registering applicants.
Arranging and conducting property viewings.
Qualifying, and negotiating offers to ensure to best outcome for all parties involved.
Working alongside the director & lettings team in order to grow the department.
Requirements of the role:
Full UK drivers licence
Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
Full UK Drivers Licence
Salary: £17,500 basic – £30-£35K OTE Company Car OR Car Allowance (£250.00)
Hours: Mon-Friday 08:50-18:30, 1 in 2 Saturdays 10:00-16:00
