They encompass on the entire process of development and management, from sourcing new properties to renovate, right through to helping with day-to-day maintenance to ensure tenants are happy and comfortable in their home.
Key Responsibilities:
Lettings Negotiation:
Property Viewings: Conduct viewings and provide prospective tenants with comprehensive property information.
Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Agreement Negotiation: Facilitate rental negotiations and secure agreements between parties, as well as the necessary paperwork.
Marketing: Assist in property marketing through online listings and social media.
Property Management:
Maintenance Coordination: Organise and oversee property maintenance and repairs.
Tenant Relations: Address tenant inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are met.
Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with current legislation and regulations.
What They’re Looking For:
Experience: 12-24+ months of experience in lettings.
Qualifications: ARLA qualified is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service: Strong commitment to client satisfaction with excellent customer service skills.
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated and able to work independently.
What They Offer:
Competitive Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 basic with on-target earnings of £45K – £50K.
