Russian mobile and electronics retail chain M.Video-Eldorado has signed an agreement with the company VS Robotics, a developer of IT solutions for businesses, to implement a virtual consultant for automated management of calls from customers to the retailer’s support centres. M.Video-Eldorado already carried out a pilot project on the issue with VS Robotics in the Samara and Rostov regions.
