MEP QS

We are currently searching for a MEP QS on behalf of one of our leading data centre clients headquartered in Dublin to join and support a large-scale data centre project in Finland.
In this role you will be overall responsible for developing subcontract tender packages from contract information, analysis of received tenders, presenting options to senior management, negotiating with subcontractors, pre-let meetings and developing subcontract orders.
Preferred Requirements:
2+ years experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
Attention to detail and analytically proficient
Data center experience preferred
