New opening for two Project Architect Jobs in Naples, FL! Working with a boutique high-end design firm focused on hospitality and residential projects across the State and internationally. The role offers the opportunity to be involved across all stages and take ownership of projects. Offering a salary of up to $110,000.
The business boasts an impressive portfolio of projects ranging from single-unit high-end residential homes valued between $3M – $5M, through to luxury boutique hotel and resort projects valued at $20M+. Covering all phases of architecture and interior design, the practice is looking to appoint two Project Architects on a full-time permanent basis, working from the office based in Naples, FL.
Role & Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of high-end projects from concept through to completion
Assist with technical drawing, construction documentation, and construction administration
Coordinate external consultants and guide 3D renderings/visualizations that are outsourced
Involvement in interior architectural and interior design elements
Ensure projects align with building codes and design details
Assist with client meetings, presentations, and management
Travel to site as and when required.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of industry experience, ideally within high-end residential and hospitality design
Experience/understanding of both architectural design and interior design
Degree qualified from an accredited institution, licensure is beneficial but not essential
Strong AutoCAD proficiency plus experience with Adobe Suite and Ms Office
Able to work across all phases of design, from concept to completion
Client-facing experience and ability to support with meetings and presentations
3D design skills preferred but not essential.
What you get back
Salary of $80,000 – $110,000
