In this helpful video guide from Fireco, senior commercial manager Alex demonstrates how the software collects all the relevant information from your DorTrak report and makes it easily accessible, ensuring inspection efficiency and compliance with ease.
The Fireco online portal homepage is where you will find standard details about the door inspection, such as location, site and number of doors covered.
A floor mapping feature and live data reporting makes it easy to visualise doors and data across your building. Individual doors can be viewed here or under the named list feature.
Collating relevant information is key
The Full Report details each and every element of the individual door inspections, meaning you don’t have to waste time clicking back and forth between the files you need.
The Summary Report feature notes site locations across the top and fire door elements on the left hand side, with a clear traffic light system showing passes and fails.
This allows you to see at a glance which doors have the most damage or require attention, making it easier for your team and repair companies to fix these issues as fast as possible. Having exact data on an issue means that less time is spent figuring out the cost of remedial works- you can send all the information a repairman will need ahead of time.
The Fireco online portal makes your door inspection reports exportable to CSV and Excel, or a PDF that can easily be shared or printed.
